thats a areal good sign - it probably was the Burlington FD dispatcher
answering the rollcall on 483.2875 R - but he was also xmitting on
Metro North (482.25 R)

which might tell us that the 482.25 repeater is active and maybe all
fd dispatchers in the area have access to it - and it is seldom used
because it will not be needed until a major incident or until a local
radio system goes down
