update on Boston Med Flight - heard today via radio waves

463.075 R - heard Med Flight 4 call in to "Boston CMED" "from the
south" looking for a patch to a Boston hospital

461.45 - heard some dispatcher talking to Med Flight 4 as they
returned to their base / launchpad - did not hear the helo but the
dispatcher was loud and clear - PL was 107.2
