per this video looks like the red rhinos run with 3 man crews
they apparently send 1 red rhino and 1 ambulance to ambulance calls
most ambulances are sprinters but they also have at least 1 bigger
ambulance - maybe for cardiac arrests - looks like a box on a small
truck - there is a separate video for that unit
