- Eng 5011 seems to be a 4 door type 6 - its says Forestry on the door
- on the truck it shows "PA-PAS" which would be PA State Forestry iirc
still unknown if Pennsylvania State Parks have any fire trucks - they
must have at least 1 type 7 engine somewhere - but an google image
search is not finding much
