today - the state gave defense ?2000? pages of info yesterday - state
gave defense a thumbdrive today - judge asked alan jackson if he would
need 1 day to present the defense case at trial - jackson said 2 weeks
no discussion of dismissal or recusal - defense did not file motion
for extreme governmental misconduct
this might be all wrong - doing this from memory - IANAL
also - state wants 500 foot buffer zone around court during trial
question - if you are fighting a totally corrupt system - where can
you get a fair trial? - is a fair trial even possible?
