update on terror attack
attackers were living in a hostel in north moscow - someone sent them
$5K (via cash app) each to do the attack - they bot a car as an escape
vehicle - not sure how they got the guns - the attack lasted 18
minutes and apparently no police ever showed up

death toll around 150 now
