Pheonix Regional Fire Dispatch TGs

looks like they have at least 4 TGs for each FD that they dispatch

anyone know why they do this?

do they handle admin and training traffic on those TGs?

whats the purpose of having all those TGs?

are they low priority TGs?

maybe it helps to keep low priority traffic to smaller radio
footprints - but do they really need 4 TGs per FD ?

does every FD have a TG? does the nuke plant FD have a TG? how about
usfs or state forestry or usaf or rural metro?

does phoenix FD still do most of their FG traffic on VHF?
