gonna guess that 155.475 is the channel - which could have been
scanned by all radios with priority - which would be cool
we just posted the other day about federal LE radios that had a
special tac channel that all radios at the incident woul;d hear
like an announcement talkgroup on a TRS - which apparently DCFD
assigns on every structure fire call
