aid channel nationwide except in around 10 places - therefore - every
time that someone mentions the use of this channel, they also have to
point out that there are 10 glaring exemptions - and the list has to
be dug up and plotted on a map - because they are entirely random
locations

note they are mostly rural locations that in no way should be using
this channel in this way - its absurd - its frankly stupid but hey -
welcome to America - there is a probably a dozen alternative channels
that could be used in each of those locations (between local and
federal channels)

no idea why WI and IL and AK have the channel with different PL / NAC
- maybe due to legacy gear issues - or future gear issues

Keep in mind - if you try to use 154.2875 with PL 156.7 in any of the
areas listed above - you could be drowned out randomly and never
realize why - depends on how your radio's PL is programmed - but it is
pointless to get into that aspect of the situation - its a rabbit hole
with no bottom
