these freqs are in the fcc uls database but they dont seem to be in
use - and they are not listed on the internet

453.025 R - Ipswich - FD - wpvg920 - 1 fb2 + 50 mobiles - first used 7/2007

453.3125 R - Rockport - ambulance - wqbs453 - 2 FB2 + 50 M - 8/2015
first used / licensed whatever

453.5125 R - Lawrence PD -- drugs - wqwn309 - 1 FB2 + 280 M - 10/2015
first - later in 8/2018 they added 460.55 R + 460.2125 R to this
license

453.6125 R - Beverly - wqtf794 - 3 fb2 + 200 m - analog and digital
emissions are licensed

453.6375 - Danvers FD - point to point - maybe station intercom -
10/2007 first used - 3 FX at 2 watts each - seem to be located at
police station and 2 fire stations

453.6625 R - Danvers - waterways - first used 9/2014 - 1 FB2 + 20 M +
79 HT - (also 460.325 R is on the license - that was first used
11/2001)

strange how there is no reports of anyone ever hearing any activity on
any of these channels - maybe they are all really drug cops channels
