2 Calls - Pin Job and Attic Fire *Helmet Cam*

Rescue 50 was first dispatched to a crash with entrapment assisting
Station 60 (West Willow.) Units arrived to find a 2 vehicle accident
with one of the drivers pinned under the dash. After removing the roof
and doors, pulling a piece of metal away from under the patients knee,
and lifting the dash, the patient was extricated. As the Rescue was
clearing the scene, the Pre-Alert sounded for the dwelling on Dennis
Dr in Providence. Engine 60 and the Rescue responded straight from the
crash and arrived within 5 minutes of dispatch. Crews had smoke coming
from the attic but were unable to locate any fire at first. After
searching, an area of burnt insulation and electrical equipment was
found. A small fire was extinguished and a lengthy overhaul began. The
cause was determined to be from a bathroom ceiling fan. The company
cleared after ventilation, removing the burnt insulation, and making
sure there was no more extension to the rest of the house. Willow
Street Fire Company. Taken 6/9/23
