times nor save rates nor car crash rates nor trauma centers nor
murders nor rapes
20 or 30 years ago - every telephone book that I ever saw had the
emergency telephone numbers right on the cover; or inside the front
cover; or in the very first pages - apparently no one cares about
emergency services anymore - they just assume that they are excellent
- which is probably far from true
