of what ? staff ? equipment ?
44 minutes for hazmat - what does that mean exactly? - 1 haz mat truck
in an average of 44 minutes? (these are all regional oncall teams) -
(Boston and Cambridge and maybe Worcester have their own municipal
hazmat teams that respond in 5 minutes - apparently they do NOT
respond to mutual aid calls - oh well)
