forecasters accurately predicted where tornadoes would hit (days before)
why did so many people die?
people were at home after church - not at work
storms were loud - people did not hear warning sirens
people need to get alerts via smart phones and have weather radios
(maybe they need to have more live scanner audio feeds - more openness)
