far between - police radio systems are all encrypted or scanners are
illegal or rare - ish
usa - guns are everywhere - police radio systems are moving from open to closed
What do you think will happen in the USA as more and more local police
operate in complete secrecy?

we just saw a post on reddit or radioreference - rcmp (canada) is so
professional because they deal with many marksmen who don't lay down
for bullies
note - Switzerland and ?finland have lots of guns - Israel also - iran
and Iraq also - I suspect that police scanners are rare in those
countries also
