these are the folks that lost 12 tanks - Intercontinental Tank Corporation
they just have 1 pumper and 1 foam transport truck - plus hazmat, rescue, and spil trailers - plus fixed fire pumps - 10 ERT members on duty 24/7 - also have 1 boat
look at all of those certifications and training courses - what could possibly go wrong?
