had a radio sitting on 158.76 yesterday (Friday Oct 20 2023) in
arlington center on the 11th floor from 1010 am till 2130 pm
the only traffic heard all day was some artificial voice verbalizing 1
sentence at 1258 pm - coming thru the repeater - and someone keyed
over it a couple of times - could not make out what the artificial
voice said
apparently they do 99% of their comms via cellphone or they were not
working yesterday for some strange reason
