apparently this means that the central government / 'federal'
government / national government has allocated the funds to buy the 2
engines
"Independent Deputy Michael Lowry said he was delighted to confirm
that two brand new 'Class B' fire appliances have been approved for
Tipperary Fire and Rescue Service.
These are the first responders to all incidents and come equipped with
1,800 litres of water, a main pump, and a range of essential
equipment, including hoses, ladders, breathing apparatus, and more."
