washington dc area specialty talkgroups

we checked broadcastify calls and openmhz for specialty talkgroups in
the washington dc area

Broadcastify Calls

- no feeds for Wash DC nor PG County MD
- montgomery county md does not have any fire mutual aid TGs
- arlington county va does not have fire aid either but it does have
TG 166 Fire / 3m IAD alert (airport fd onscene channel)
- fairfax county p25 feed has - DC IO1 + DC IO2 + PMARS + VA SIRS TG
1017 (which seems to just capture static)
- loudon county va trs - no fire aid but does have TG 166 fire / 3m
iad alert (airport fd onscene channel)
- va statewide feed has under 'ems dispatch' - TG 83 - dem / medflight
dispatch - and has 6 interops TGs also
- none of the maryland feeds have the fire mutual aid channel 154.28

openmhz does not have 154.28 on any feeds in va nor md - and has few
mutual aid channels

(regular broadcastify does have a new normal scanning feed for mutual
aid channels in the dc area - it includes 154.28 and 154.295 and more)
