dispatchers need help from chiefs and field units to send right units to calls

dispatch is done on the dispatch talkgroup (TG 4443)

units respond to minor calls on Ops C (TG 4439)

a master box and a elevator rescue were put on Ops B and Ops A

after the master box was downgraded, the 1 unit remaining at the scene
was told to use Ops C

units report that they are back in quarters on either Ops C or Admin -
maybe both at same time - ???

E8 seemed to have radio problems inside 559 Plantation Street which
was reported to be a 1 story Type 1 commercial building - Engine 8
said "we seem to be having radio problems in here" at 632 am - there
were some broken up messages on Ops A that popped up at Open Mhz

the master box got E8 E6 L1 R Cr3

the elevator rescue got E12 L1 R1 Cr4

Car 400 signed on at 7am on Admin - some Chief

Vital Ambulance was the assigned ambulance on one of the "EMS first
responder" calls
